These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zorees. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using Zorees.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zorees. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. The service
Zorees pairs anonymous users for real-time text conversations. We don't guarantee availability of a match, uptime, or that any specific person will be available.
3. Your conduct
You agree not to use Zorees to:
- Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against anyone.
- Share sexual content involving minors, or solicit minors in any way.
- Send spam, phishing links, malware, or scams.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Break any applicable law or violate the rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.

4. User content
You are solely responsible for anything you send through Zorees. You retain ownership of your messages but grant us a limited license to transmit, display, and store them as needed to operate the service.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features at our discretion — especially in response to abuse, illegal conduct, or repeated policy violations.
6. Disclaimers
Zorees is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or safe from all misuse.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorees and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of the service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zorees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zorees after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
