This Privacy Policy explains what information Zorees ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and chat service, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Zorees, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Anonymous account data. When you open Zorees we create an anonymous account so you can chat. This includes a random user ID, a randomly generated display name, and an avatar color.
• Chat content. Messages you send are stored so you and the person you're chatting with can see them during the conversation and in your recent chats.
• Technical data. Standard information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through server logs and cookies.

2. What we do NOT collect

• Your real name, email, or phone number (unless you contact support).
• Your contacts, camera, or microphone.
• Payment information — Zorees is free to use.

3. How we use information

• To match you with other users and deliver messages in real time.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and enforce our community guidelines.
• To debug and improve the product.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share limited data with the service providers that host our infrastructure (databases, hosting, error monitoring), and with authorities when required by law.

5. Retention

Messages and conversation records are retained so you can see your recent chats. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@zorees.com.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA, UK, California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at support@zorees.com to exercise these rights.

7. Children

Zorees is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor is using Zorees, contact support@zorees.com.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no online service is 100% secure. Please don't share personal information (real name, address, phone number, financial details) in chats.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted in-app when reasonably possible.
