Shipping Policy

Zorees.com ships to all addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Standard shipping takes approximately 7-14 business days for delivery after shipment.

Note: Weekends and holidays are not included in delivery estimates.

International Shipping

Zorees currently ships to select international locations. International orders may take 15-30 business days for delivery. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply based on the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying these charges. Order Processing

All orders are verified and processed during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email containing a tracking number and shipping carrier information. Use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package’s progress. Most carriers provide real-time tracking updates.

Shipping Addresses

Shipping addresses must be accurate and complete. Zorees.com is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and selected shipping method. Shipping charges are displayed in your cart before checkout. Zorees reserves the right to adjust shipping costs based on actual weight and dimensions if items are significantly heavier or larger than estimated.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@zorees.com with photos of the damage
  2. Provide your order number and tracking information
  3. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim
  4. Replacement or refund will be issued upon carrier confirmation

Please report damaged or lost packages within 7 days of delivery.

Delivery Exceptions

Zorees is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or customs delays
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer
  • Third-party shipping carrier issues

Free Shipping

All orders receive FREE Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost as stated above.
