The tree is felt and comes folded so you have to iron it so it looks nicer and stiff. The figures didn't arrive the same as the description, more snowflakes came but the bow was missing, and other ornaments more (in quantity if the same). Unfortunately the velocs are stuck in the tree in such a way that the figures are not well distributed so that I had to take them off and hit them again so they don't see so many holes.
The lights work perfectly. In general the tree performs its function. I arrive in estimated time. There was No communication with the seller.
